Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using the email.juanitocomponent.com service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer four plans as shown on the Subscription page:

• Free: 20 emails/mo, 1 Client API Token
• Basic: 100 emails/mo, 3 Client API Tokens ($5.99/mo)
• Premium: 500 emails/mo, 10 Client API Tokens ($10.99/mo)
• Unlimited: unlimited emails, unlimited Client API Tokens ($59.00/mo)

All fees are billed monthly in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

Client API Management: Each plan includes the ability to create and manage dedicated API tokens for your applications. These tokens can have their own email limits and usage tracking, allowing you to manage multiple integrations separately.

3. Account Creation & Authentication

Accounts are created using your email address and a secure password that you create during signup. Your password is encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms (bcrypt) and stored securely.

Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. We recommend using a strong password (at least 6 characters) and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

Forgot Password: If you forget your password, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature to receive a secure password reset code via email. Users who created their accounts before October 27, 2025 without a password will be prompted to set one on their next login.

Verification Codes: During signup, we verify your email address by sending a 6-digit verification code that you must enter to complete account creation.

4. Cancellation & No Refunds

• You may cancel at any time via the "Cancel Subscription" button in your dashboard.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• All payments are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or unused email credits.

5. Changes to the Service

We may modify plans, features, pricing, or these Terms at any time. We'll notify you by email and/or via an in-app banner. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is" and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is the total amount you paid in the prior month.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
